SteviaNanoBiotech aims

• To synthesize and characterize nanofibers from low molecular weight peptidomimetics that will be used as a biologically active agents (BAA – silver or plant growth regulators) delivery system;
• To optimize the conditions and increase the efficiency of micropropagation, growth and development of Stevia rebaudiana, by adding the newly synthesized nanofibers, carriers of BAA in in vitro conditions;
• To make complex biochemical and phytochemical characterization of in vitro produced plants.
• To compare the results obtained for stevia, in vitro propagated with newly synthesized nanofiber carriers of BAA added in different concentrations in the MS medium, with the results of plants traditionally propagated from seeds.
